Scripture
Isaiah 40
All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.
All men are like grass their glory is like flowers
The grass will wither and the flowers will fall
Because the breath of the Lord blows upon them
But the word of God shall stand
You that bring good tidings to Zion
Bring good tidings O Jerusalem
Lift up your voice to the towns of Judah
Be not afraid, here is your God
Chorus:
See the Sovereign Lord comes with power
His arm shall rule for him
He shall feed his flock like a shepherd
He shall gather the lambs
You that bring good tidings to Zion
Bring good tidings O Jerusalem
Lift up your voice to the towns of Judah
Be not afraid, here is your God
(Repeat Chorus)
All men are like grass their glory is like flowers
The grass will wither and the flowers will fall
Because the breath of the Lord blows upon them
But the word of God shall stand
